Never worry about not using the battery
Three predefined Performance, Endurance, and Ultra battery modes provide up to 25 hours of recording time * with GPS tracking. When you start a recording, you get an estimate of the remaining battery charge with the current mode. If that's not enough, switch to another mode at any time.

Suunto 9 uses smart reminders based on your activity history to make sure your next outing will be fully charged. If the watch finds that your battery is running out of power during an exercise, it will automatically suggest changing the battery mode.
