From the beginning of the Torch 3.0 road shoe design process, our goal was to create a performance offering that was as feature-rich as any high-end shoe. The challenge, however, was to get an acceptable price. To do this, we used three strategically placed materials on the welded rods together: TPU and mesh at the front and synthetic leather at the back. This makes the front of the shoe more comfortable and more resistant. Meanwhile, a stiff back shell and heel lock your heel and allow all your watts to enter the pedals as efficiently as possible. This refined rod is paired with our legendary FACT carbon fiber sole to ensure efficient power transfer. Finally, we have completed Torch 3.0 with two Boa® S2-SV Snap dials for zonal closure and precise fit for all-day comfort. The Body Geometry outsole and soles are ergonomically designed and scientifically tested to optimize hip, knee and foot alignment.
