The Diverge Comp has been designed to be an end-to-end exploration machine. He is just as likely to crush the mud climbs as to go to the cafe or climb into a group. And while it may seem like a cliché in a landscape of hyperbole-filled bike claims, the Diverge Comp is really a bike that does it all. The Diverge is more powerful than ever. And with the constant aim of optimally meeting your needs, we have taken into account your number one request: tire clearance. The new frame fits comfortably with tires up to 700 x 42 mm (or 650 mm x 47 mm) with plenty of room for mud. In addition to the game of tires, the weight was an important factor in the development and, taking some design references of the development of Roubaix, we developed a carbon frame FACT 9r, one of the lightest of its category. Traditional transverse geometry, opting for something that has never been seen before: our open road geometry. You can think of it as a road version of the modern geometry of the track bike. It offers playful maneuverability and predictable direction for endless skids and mid-turn galleries. The Geo is characterized by a bottom bracket half a centimeter lower than the previous Diverge, a relaxed steering tube angle, short bases and a short wheelbase. These changes ensure that the bike is not only fun on the dirt, but also on the road. And although riding on gravel roads and dirt can add to the adventure, there is only so much that wider tires with lower pressures can absorb, in terms of bumps. With this in mind, we have implemented a new version of our Future Shock concept in the Diverge concept. Not only does it absorb bumps easily, but it also brings the benefit of extremely predictable handling. Indeed, the wheelbase does not get longer when you hit a bump, so the front of the Diverge retains the same effective steering tube angle. In other words, when you dive into a bend, you will not be surprised by under-steered or careless driving. Unlike the original Future Shock (present on the Roubaix), the Diverge version has a progressive spring that makes this technology more suitable for off-road applications, where a stiffer suspension is often necessary to absorb bumps and the biggest obstacles. multiple talents, we crowned the whole with three bindings for water bottles, as well as fasteners for luggage racks and fenders. For the purpose of the specification, we wanted to make sure that the speeds were well adjusted and the braking was progressive. So you'll find a Shimano Ultegra group, Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and a pair of DT R470 disc wheels. Key Features: The FACT 9r Carbon Frame features our Open Road Geometric Suspension, our 20mm Future Shock Progressive suspension and our front / rear axles, making it the ultimate tool for your next adventure. FACT carbon light is very stiff, lightweight overall weight. Shimano's worry-free Ultegra gear shift with hydraulic disc brakes provides precise gear shifting and great stopping power.
