Product Description
This raw natural honey was mainly harvested from buckwheat flowers in late August 2018. Please note that buckwheat honey tends to have a pronounced aroma and taste and that if you are a beginner, do not be surprised, this is normal. It's not as sweet as other honeys, but some people find its rich and earthy taste particularly appealing. It is also known that buckwheat honey is rich in antioxidants, compared to other types of honeys. We believe in the best quality of raw and natural honey. Our honey is extracted from hives using traditional methods and we do not add any artificial ingredients when collecting and handling honey. This means that our honey is a raw honey, all the beneficial components (enzymes, vitamins and antioxidants) are intact, making it a healthy and natural sweetener.
