1. How to mount eufyCam E?
You can install eufyCam E on any metal surface, or with magnetic stand or screw stand. With the magnetic holder, eufyCam E snaps into one second. If eufyCam E is removed without authorization, the anti-theft alarm will sound.

2. How far can I install eufyCam E from HomeBase?
The distance depends on the number of walls and obstacles between eufyCam E and HomeBase and the composition of the walls.

eufyCam Estreams video smoothly at a distance of 300 ft if it is line-of-sight with HomeBase. In our US-based beta versions, the system worked well in 3,000-square-foot homes.

3. How can I have a battery with a life of one year with a charge?
For the most common usage scenario, up to 10 events per day at 30 seconds per video, the battery life can last one year per charge.

4. How long can the included 16GB microSD memory card store video clips?
For the most common usage scenario, up to 10 events per day at 30 seconds per video, the 16GB microSD card can store up to 1 year of video clips for a single camera. Therefore, if your eufy security system has 2 cameras, a 16GB card can store 6 months of video.

The system supports Class 10 cards and capacities up to 128 GB.

5. What other features does the system support?
- Integration with Alexa Echo: You can broadcast EfyCam E sequences on Echo Show, Echo Spot and other Alexa-compatible display devices. (Alexa compatible devices sold separately.)
- RTSP support: If you have a Synology NAS * with a monitoring feature configured, the system can stream videos to a NAS and save a copy. More brands will be supported in the future. (* Sold separately)

6. What is the scope of motion detection?
