Built to boost ... New for 2020, the SECT PRO is the complete bike in the SECT range. Equipped with an X-Fusion Air fork and bomb-proof components, the PRO is made for a tall, fast and relentless ride.Like its sibling the complete SECT, the PRO features a 4130 chromoly tube for keep a low weight. At the rear, you'll find hydroformed chainstay yokes to shorten the rear, making it easier to start manuals and spins. The PRO receives the treatment of the tapered head tube, for an increase in the rigidity of the front and allowing us to equip the impressive X-Fusion Slant fork. The air spring on the X-Fusion Slant fork gives you precise control over your stiffness. You can go hard for bottom resistance or go for a softer setup for control over rougher terrain. The air spring also significantly reduces the weight on a spool, so the whole bike is easier to handle and maneuver. Elsewhere, the PRO has a DMR cockpit and two-piece cranks. Compared to the standard SECT bike, we've upgraded the wheelset to include a thru-axle front hub and disc-specific lightweight rims that can still skip a heavy landing or ten. The rear hub has also been upgraded to a cassette driver, which will handle high loads better and last longer. Combined upgrades save 1.5kg compared to the standard SECT model, so if you need a complete bike for jams while jumping and pushing up the pump track, there's nothing more capable than the SECT PRO. a custom version, why not check out the SECT Custom Frameset.
