The HYB range of hobby and fitness hybrids are fast, fun and versatile. The frames are inspired by our SLR road range, but with a little more stability. The 35mm puncture protected tires balance low rolling resistance with a plush ride and provide sufficient grip for light off-roading. Our new one-piece integrated handlebar and stem adds a clean aesthetic to look and feel, while ergonomic grips help reduce numbness and discomfort during long rides. Combining a triple butted 6061 aluminum frame and a full carbon tapered fork, the HYB 8.8 is a light and agile machine. A Shimano Deore 1X10 drivetrain borrows MTB technology, meaning you only need a shifter up front, and with a wide 11-46 tooth cassette at the rear and a single chainring. 44 teeth in the front, you have a lot of options for steep and fast climbs. Along with the groupset, Shimano also offers their MT200 hydraulic disc brakes which deliver powerful and consistent stopping power in all weather conditions.
